4 - eggs 1/8 - teaspoon cream of tarter 1/8 - teaspoon salt 1/8 - teaspoon onion powder 2 - tablespoons coconut flour 2 - tablespoons butter, melted 1 - cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded |

Directions: Beat egg white and cream of tarter until stiff peaks form. Beat in salt and onion powder. In a separate bowl mix coconut flour, butter and cheese. Fold cheese mixture into egg whites until cheese is evenly distributed. Batter will be a little lumpy. Drop batter in spoon-sized mounds 1-inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (190C) for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Makes about 18 crackers. |
